St. Patrick's Day Parade is on



Upstate New York weather is unpredictable. This is a practice stand-up about the possible cancellation of the St. Patrick's Day Parade. I did this during my tenure as an associate producer at WHEC-TV, News 10NBC in Rochester, NY.
